I think there is no reason to mention both in this translation since they are irrelevant for Russian-speaking people. We do have support forums listed here https://right-to-love.name/node/422 but no offline support groups.
It doesn't need to be a therapist; it could be a friend or even another pedophile. Fact is, you aren't supposed to be alone or to feel alone. I wrote that mostly to point at the pedophile communities that already exist, even though I gave emphasis to B4U-ACT. It could be Boychat/Girlchat, for example.
I recently changed the entire text, but this translation is very good and I would appreciate if you kept it. The new text is about the same message: that pedophiles aren't inherently bad or violent and that adult-child relationships aren't inherently harmful, but that there should be respect between both parties, those who agree and those who disagree with the legalization. That being said, even though I changed the text, it doesn't need to be translated again. This version is just fine. ^^

Plus, both texts have the same purpose and I would like if you kept the old translation as well. It is very well done! I'm glad you translated the original document. I reworked the entire thing to clear off some things that I left ambiguous, but the essence of the text remains the same. A translation of the new version would be nice, but don't get rid of the original translation.

Если мы принимаем это без доказательства, то тогда и все подобные явления (такие как хронофилии) также нельзя считать болезнями.
Сравнивать можно с чем-угодно, только доказательством это никак не является.
Собственно, никакой "педосексуальной" ориентации нет, и сравнение с гомосексуальностью является поэтому не корректным.

Таким образом они пытаются выставить себя "хорошими педофилами" на фоне всех остальных "плохих".
Ещё в дискуссиях очень полезен принцип соединения. Если ваш собеседник способен хоть как-то цельно мыслить, можно найти в его позиции что-то, с чем вы можете согласиться, и поддержать его в этом в начале своего сообщения, а уже потом перевести мысль в нужном направлении. Так вы не будете сразу восприниматься как враг, и к вам скорее прислушаются.
